Our response to the COVID-19 situation

We are implementing the following measures in response to the spread of the virus.

1. As a measure to prevent the spread of virus, we have introduced telework infrastructure. With the new infrastructure, clients’ phone calls and emails are responsed as quickly as before. However, please forgive us that it may take longer than usual to respond to some of inquiries by telephone calls.
2.  Meetings using zoom, Teams, or other tools are available.
3. We wear masks at offline meetings and other face-to-face occasions.
